Mufajat is an online destination for T-shirts made to express, celebrate and connect. Our name comes from the Arabic word “مفاجآت” (Surprises), reflecting our belief that a T-shirt can be more than something you wear — it can be a story, a memory, a gift or an idea brought to life.

We offer high-quality ready-made, customized and AI-powered T-shirts, including:

If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for, contact us at support@mufajat.com. We will be happy to help you find the right option or advise whether we can create a custom solution for you.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@mufajat.com as soon as possible after placing it.

For customized or personalized products, cancellation or changes may only be possible before the order enters production. Once printing or production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order because it is being made specifically for you.

For non-customized products, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order is dispatched, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If an approved cancellation has already been paid for, the applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, any return or refund will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Response times may be slightly longer during weekends and public holidays.

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If you would like to order from another country, please contact us through our Contact Us page or at support@mufajat.com, and we’ll let you know whether delivery can be arranged.

What are the available delivery options, timelines, and delivery charge?

UAE - Express Delivery (Within 1-2 Days)

Under express delivery method, we deliver within 1 - 2 days from the time you place the order. Delivery is Free for orders above 250AED, and we charge 15 AED Only if order value is less than 250 AED.

KSA - Delivery (Within 5-7 Days)

We deliver within 5 - 7 days from the time you place the order. We charge 25SAR for the first 1KG and we apply extra 10SAR per each extra KG.

We do not offer same-day delivery right now. However, please contact us for special deliveries, with expected extra charges.

We do not offer self-pickup now.

For eligible non-customized products, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
  
• In their original condition
  
• With any original tags attached
  
• Returned with the original packaging, where applicable
  

For customized or personalized products, returns are handled differently because the item is made specifically for you. These products are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind once production has started.

If your customized item arrives with a major defect, significant printing error, damage, incorrect item, or another issue caused by Mufajat, please contact us at support@mufajat.com and we will review the case.

Minor variations in print color, size, placement, or appearance compared with the on-screen preview are not normally considered defects.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.
